Rules and Guidelines
Please read all rules with your swimmer before beginning your lessons.
Additional Rules
No swimmer is allowed in the water without an instructor.
Swimmers are only allowed in the pool area during their lesson time.
Please use the bathroom before coming to the lesson. If it's an emergency you can knock on the front door and use ours.
Parents, friends, siblings are allowed in the sitting are during swimmers lessons. No one is allowed in the water.
Parents must be there when the lesson begins and right when the lesson ends.
Siblings, friends, loved ones are not allowed in the water, on the play set, or on the trampoline at any time. They are only allowed to wait in the designated waiting areas.
No running, rough housing, throwing rocks or toys, climbing trees, playing on the deck, or digging in dirt on the property at any time.
No diving in the pool. Diving is permitted in the deep end only when an instructor is present.
No food or drink allowed in the pool area at any time.
Toddlers must wear water proof swim diapers if entering the water.
Swimmers must wear an appropriate bathing suit. No shorts, jeans, or regular clothing.
Please talk to your child about pool safety. No running, no jumping off our rock walls, no climbing on the water feature.
We want everyone to have a fun time and love to swim. Water safety is important for everyone.
If your child is misbehaving we reserve the right to have them sit on the side of the pool for a few minutes or end the lesson early.
Weather
We are lucky to be swimming in a heated pool. Therefor, we will be swimming in rain, hail, or snow. If lightning occurs we will have to exit the pool area. Classes are not refunded or rescheduled because of weather.
Cancellation & Return Policy
If your swimmer misses a class there will be no makeup or refund unless class is cancelled by the staff ahead of time. This is because the teacher is there and the time is still being used. Please carefully consider your time slot.
Full refunds are available if notice is given in writing 3 weeks or more before your session begins.
If notice is given in writing 2 weeks before you will receive 50% of your payment.
Anything less then 2 weeks from your session beginning is non refundable.
Any changes needing to make in cancellations or rescheduling is a $5 fee per swimmer.
